Health Coaching & Personal Training

Health coaching is a practice aimed at enhancing, preserving and maintaining health and preventing illness. Personal Training lays emphasis on exercise as a means of weight management, health maintenance and overall well being. You don't have to choose. I believe in a wholistic approach to training. Each session is interactive with an aim to provide not only motivation to succeed, but the knowledge to continue with it for the rest of your life.
